the Development and Construction sectors.
Our core business is the management
of the development design and construction process, from initial design
concept through to project completion and post-project completion aftercare.
Our clients receive a dedicated service
that spans the development process from scheme and planning appraisals,
construction programming and methodology, to procurement and management
of professional design teams and contractors.
Currently PDCM is turning over in
excess of £300 million construction value.
Our Head Office is at Guildhall Yard
in the City of London and we have offices in Oxford and Southampton.
