PDCM has successfully delivered projects in a number of different sectors of the industry. The company has been employed on such prestigious schemes as the British Airways London Eye, the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden and more recently on the award-winning new Biochemistry building for Oxford University.

In the retail sector PDCM has project managed the mixed use town centre development in Bury St Edmunds, the N1 shopping centre in Islington and extensions to numerous existing retail centres throughout the UK.

At Leavesden Business Park PDCM managed a 500,000 sq ft office development to provide a bespoke corporate headquarters for BT. PDCM also led the master planning of Phase 2 of Leavesden Business Park, which delivered a million sq ft of offices. More recently a new office and retail development on Kensington High Street has been completed.

PDCM has an outstanding track record in further education buildings and is currently appointed on a new Chemistry department building and a new Mathematics Institute building for Oxford University. PDCM is also project managing a new data centre for Southampton University.
